Google AppSheet Data Capture

I need a Google AppSheet application that smoothly collects, stores, and presents Text and numbers, Images and media, and Geolocation data in one place. The solution should run inside my Google Workspace, remain simple for non-technical staff to use, and give me the freedom to tweak tables or UX later without coding.

Core work
• Design clear tables in Google Sheets or an AppSheet database.
• Build mobile-friendly forms that validate entries, let users snap photos, and record GPS coordinates automatically.
• Provide map and gallery views so every record’s location and images display intuitively alongside its text fields.
• Add basic workflow rules—an e-mail (or in-app) alert whenever a new record arrives and a status field updates.
• Set role-based access so staff can submit, while managers can review and edit.

Acceptance criteria
1. A test deployment shows new records appearing instantly in the linked data source.
2. Each record opens with its text fields, thumbnail images, and a pin on the map.
3. Notification rules trigger exactly as defined.

Wrap up with a short screen-share hand-off plus a concise document outlining the table schema and how to adjust views or workflows in the future.
