Fruit Numeric Data Entry

I have a stack of handwritten sheets and a couple of PDFs packed with numeric records for apples, oranges, and bananas. None of it is machine-readable, so every figure has to be keyed in by hand.

You’ll be performing manual data entry only—no scraping, no automated tools—directly into a clean Excel or Google Sheets template I’ll provide. The source material is already organized by date, product, units, unit price, and total; your job is to replicate those numbers exactly, keep the same column order, and make sure all subtotals balance. Accuracy is critical, so a quick self-audit before you hand the file back will save us both time.

Deliverable
• One spreadsheet containing every numeric value copied from the originals, formatted and ready for analysis.
