Freelancer Required To Allow Click To Call From Google Sheets

I require a freelancer to enable me and my salespeople to be able to click on a phone number in a google sheet and by clicking the number, that will place a call with the softphone on the computer.

I am flexible for this click to call feature to work with any softphone from the google sheet as long as it is a free softphone.
