Form Data Entry to Sheets

I have a stack of completed forms that all follow the exact same layout. Each form captures standard contact details—name, phone, email, and address—and nothing else. I need every field from those forms keyed accurately into a shared Google Sheet so the information is easy to reference and filter.

All you’ll need is a steady internet connection, an eye for detail, and the ability to keep the Sheet’s formatting intact as you work. I’ll give you view-only access first so you can see the column structure, then editing rights once you confirm it matches the form.

Deliverable:
• A fully populated Google Sheet with 100 % of the form data entered, checked, and ready for me to download or share.

I’ll review the sheet for completeness and spot-check a random selection of entries; if everything lines up with the original forms, the job is done.
