I have a backlog of information that needs to be transferred into a clean, well-structured digital format. The source material isn’t locked to one medium—some of it arrives as scanned PDFs, other pieces turn up in text files or spreadsheets—so I need someone who is comfortable jumping between formats, double-checking accuracy, and flagging any inconsistencies along the way.
Accuracy is priority one, but I’d still like to see steady progress. We can start with a small batch to confirm field mapping, naming conventions, and overall layout; once that template is signed off we can move on to the full dataset.
Your final deliverable should be a single, tidy Excel workbook (or Google Sheet, if that’s your preferred tool) with no duplicates, clearly labeled columns, and any obvious errors resolved or highlighted for review.
