Project Description:
I am building a web-based trucking operations platform.

This contract is ONLY for the first foundation section of the project, not the full system.

The goal of this first job is to create a clean, professional, modular foundation that can support future modules later.

I want the project to start in the Google ecosystem for speed, low cost, and ease of launch. However, the code must be structured cleanly enough to support future scaling, refactoring, or migration into a larger architecture if needed.

This is a small foundation contract only.
I am NOT hiring yet for the full platform.

Scope for This First Contract Only:
- Login page
- Forgot password page
- Firebase Authentication setup
- Email/password sign-in
- Sign in with Google
- Role-based access
- Role-based redirect after login
- User profile page
- Dashboard shell
- Left navigation menu
- Top navigation bar
- Reusable layout components
- Responsive mobile-friendly layout
- Basic Firestore structure for:
- users
- roles
- settings
- Basic Firebase Storage structure for future document uploads
- Clean project folder structure for future module expansion

Future Module Note:
This foundation must be structured cleanly so future modules can be added later, including:
- dispatch
- load creation
- broker/customer records
- driver-facing dispatch links
- document modules
- additional workflow modules

Important:
I want a Firebase-first build, but I do NOT want a messy hardcoded setup that is difficult to scale later.
Please build with clean modular architecture, reusable components, and organized code.

Architecture Requirements:
- Firebase-first build

- Separate UI, business logic, and data access as much as practical
- Use environment config / variables
- Organize code so future modules can be added without major rewrites
- Keep architecture portable enough for future scaling or migration if the business grows
- Provide a short architecture note explaining how the structure supports future growth

- Responsive layout
- Organized source code
- Setup instructions
- Short walkthrough video
- Brief architecture note
- Firestore collections used
- No console errors

Acceptance Criteria:
- User can log in with email/password
- User can sign in with Google
- Wrong login shows proper error
- Roles redirect correctly after login
- Dashboard loads correctly
- Logout works
- Mobile responsive layout works
- Code is clean and modular
- Project is ready for future module expansion

Important Bid Rule:
Please submit your final and complete fixed price for the exact scope listed in this post.
Do not place a low placeholder bid and later request a higher amount for the same defined scope.
If you believe something is unclear, ask questions before bidding.
Any future extra work will be handled as a separate milestone or separate contract only if I approve it in writing.

Payment Terms:
- Fixed price only
- Milestone-based
- No price increases for the original agreed scope after the contract starts
- Any extra work must be separately approved in writing

2. How you would keep the architecture modular and portable for future scaling or migration
3. Examples of Firebase apps you have built
4. Estimated timeline for this first section only
5. Confirmation that your bid is final for the listed scope
