Find a value in intersecting rows and columns in Google Sheets

Find a value in intersecting rows and columns in my Google Sheets data base spreadsheet. The task is exactly the same as demonstrated in this youtube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfvhhbMBDO8 except using google sheets. My consultant needs to assist me complete the task.
