Financial Data Entry to Sheets

I have several pages of handwritten notes that contain financial figures—everything from expenses and revenues to occasional margin calculations. The handwriting style and layout shift from page to page, so you’ll need a sharp eye for detail and the patience to interpret varied formats accurately.

Your task is straightforward: transcribe every relevant number and its accompanying label into the Google Sheets template I’ll share. The sheet already has columns for date, description, category, amount, and any notes; just fill them in row by row, double-checking that each figure matches the source note exactly. Where something is unclear or unreadable, leave the cell blank and tag it “verify” in the comments so I can review it later.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but I’d still like to turn this around quickly. Once the sheet is fully populated, give it one final pass for consistency—decimal places, currency symbols, and any totals should line up with the template’s built-in formulas.

Deliverable: a single Google Sheets file, completed and QA-checked, ready for my accountant to use.
