Extract PDF Data to Spreadsheet
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I need the information locked inside a set of PDFs transferred into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Whether the source material contains plain text, tabular data, or a mix of both, the end result must read naturally in rows and columns with no garbled characters, merged cells, or stray line breaks.
The finished file can be returned in Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV—whichever lets you keep the formatting tight and the data easily shareable. Accuracy is the priority, so double-checking totals and headers before delivering will save us both follow-up work.
If you rely on an automated script, please share it (or at least outline the steps) so future updates are painless; a fully manual approach is fine too as long as the output is error-free.
Deliverables:
• Final spreadsheet with every PDF entry transcribed and neatly organised
• Any support files or documented workflow if automation is used
• Quick hand-off note summarising checks performed and any anomalies spotted
