Exhibitor Contact List Compilation

I need a clean, up-to-date spreadsheet that lets my sales team reach out to every company exhibiting at our upcoming shows. Using the official exhibitor lists I will supply, extract the following for each company—regardless of industry:

• Company name exactly as listed
• Decision-maker’s full name and job title (sales, marketing, partnerships or C-suite preferred)
• Direct email address (no info@ if a personal email is available)
• Direct phone number with country/area code
• Company website URL

The final sheet must contain at least 500 complete rows; partial rows will not count toward the total. Please structure the file in Excel or Google Sheets with clear column headers and no merged cells so we can import it straight into our CRM later.

I will spot-check 10% of the records; bounced emails or disconnected numbers will need replacement entries. If you already have trade-show data-mining experience or access to tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar, mention it when you submit. Turnaround within one week is ideal, but let me know realistically how quickly you can finish the full set while maintaining accuracy.
