PROJECT BRIEF: CHARTWELL LEDGER – Monthly Sheet Duplication (Excel 2013, Macro-Free, Google Sheets Compatible)

Duplicate Monthly Sheets in Excel Workbook – CHARTWELL LEDGER
**Overview:**
I have an Excel workbook titled *CHARTWELL LEDGER* containing a fully structured sheet named **JAN2026**. I need to create **11 additional monthly sheets (FEB2026 to DEC2026)** by duplicating the structure of JAN2026 **only**.
**Critical Requirements – Do Not Skip:**
- **NO VBA, NO MACROS, NO USER FORMS.**
- Must be fully compatible with **Excel 2013**.
- Must also be **fully compatible with Google Sheets**.
- This workbook is used by **non-technical senior users** and must remain **macro-free and stable**.
- **Only the sheet JAN2026 is to be copied.**
- **Do NOT copy or modify** the following sheets:
- **HELPERCELLS**
- **DROP DOWN MENUS**
- **Any form emulator sheets**
**What to Copy:**
- All **formulas**, **formatting**, and **dropdowns** from JAN2026.
- Maintain all **cell references** and **helper structures** as they appear in JAN2026.
**What NOT to Copy:**
- Do **not** copy any data entries—only formulas and formatting.
- Do **not** alter or reference HELPERCELLS, MENUS, or any other sheets.
- Do **not** introduce any new features, code, or automation.
**Naming Convention:**
- Each new sheet must be named using the same format as JAN2026: **MMMYYYY** (e.g., FEB2026, MAR2026, etc.).
**Deliverables:**
- A workbook with 12 monthly sheets: JAN2026 through DEC2026.
- Each new sheet must be a clean structural duplicate of JAN2026.
- All formulas and dropdowns must function identically in each new sheet.
- A brief note confirming what was done and any issues encountered.
**Optional:**
If you encounter any formula references that need to be adjusted to work across months, please flag them clearly but do not modify without confirmation.
