Excel to Google Sheets Conversion

I need help converting 1-2 Excel spreadsheets to Google Sheets. The goal is to improve functionality and add some advanced features.

Requirements:

We have a working example though when imported to Google sheets, some functions were lost. We need to reinstate the functionality and then add some more. We then need to generate some new sheets with various functions.
