Esports Assistant & Designer
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My workday moves quickly between sponsor calls, player obligations and last-minute design needs, so I’m setting up a single point of contact who can keep everything organised and visually on-brand.
Core Focus
• Graphic design is the top priority. You’ll create clean, eye-catching visuals tied to esports influencer and player management—social posts, quick stat one-pagers, simple stream overlays, thumbnails and the occasional presentation slide.
• Google Sheets come next. I already draft the structure; you’ll populate, format and keep data accurate.
• Calendar and meeting coordination round things out. Expect to handle time-zone juggling and send reminders in both Arabic and English.
Esports Player Support
Much of the design and admin work revolves around our roster. Accurate timing is critical, so you’ll maintain a master “schedule-timing” sheet that tracks practice blocks, content shoots, scrims and event calls.
Languages & Tools
Fluent English and Arabic are a must for chats with players and regional partners. Typical software: Google Workspace, Canva or Adobe CC (whichever you’re quickest with), Discord and basic project trackers like Trello.
Payment & Rhythm
The role is remote, ongoing and set at $100 per month, reviewed each month against delivery consistency and responsiveness.
Deliverables seen as “done”
– Editable source files (PSD/AI or Canva links) plus ready-to-post PNGs/JPEGs
– Up-to-date Google Sheet dashboards with no missing cells
– Confirmed calendar invites sent at least 24 hours before each session
If you thrive in fast-paced esports environments and can switch from Arabic to English without missing a beat, this should be a smooth fit.
