Enter Data From Scanned Images

I have fewer than fifty scanned images that need to be transcribed by hand into a clean, structured spreadsheet. The files are readable but require a careful eye so every number, word, and date is captured exactly as it appears.

You will work from the images I provide and enter the information into Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer—without using automated scraping tools. Before handing the file back, please double-check for typos and flag anything that is unclear or illegible so I can confirm it.

Deliverables:
• A single spreadsheet containing one row per image and all fields accurately transcribed
• A short comment column (or separate note) highlighting any ambiguous characters you encountered
