I have a Google Sheet that’s grown messy over time and now needs a focused overhaul so it’s easier to read, error-free, and ready for ongoing use. Two areas need attention:
Formulas & calculations
• Create several new formulas that pull totals and percentages from multiple tabs.
• Audit all existing formulas, identify the ones returning errors or wrong values, and correct them.
Formatting & appearance
• Apply clear conditional formatting rules so key figures highlight automatically.
• Refresh cell styles and colors to follow a consistent palette that improves readability.
• Re-arrange columns, freeze headers, and tidy the overall sheet layout for smoother navigation on desktop and mobile.
You will work directly in the shared Google Sheet; version history must stay intact. When you finish, every formula should calculate correctly, and the sheet should look polished and intuitive for any team member to use without further explanation.
