Enhance Existing Project Tracker
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for an Excel/Google Sheets expert to enhance an existing project tracker used for product and technology release management. The sheet is already populated with data, but it requires better automation and visualization.
Scope of Work:
1. Conditional Formatting (RAG – Red/Amber/Green):
• Automate status based on both % completion and target date.
• Example: If task is 10% but target date is far → Amber; if overdue → Red; if complete → Green.
2. Formulas & Validation:
• Ensure design, requirements, and development percentages are logically aligned (requirements should not exceed design, etc.).
• Add formulas to track slippage against target dates.
3. Summary Dashboard / Leadership View:
• Create a high-level summary tab or PowerPoint export pulling from detailed tracker.
• Highlight overall project health and key deliverables.
4. Consistency Checks:
• Align columns such as “Ready for Build,” “Groomed,” and “UAT/Deployed” with realistic progress status.
Deliverables:
• Updated Excel/Google Sheet with automated logic and more intelligent.
