Dynamic Report Interface Design Needed

I'm looking for a solution to create a dynamic report interface that allows our analysts to efficiently input data for the fields they are responsible for, based on a master dataset updated quarterly. Currently, we use an Excel report where fields not required for the quarter are manually blocked out. I aim to streamline this process by enabling analysts to select their name and filter the data query to display only the relevant fields.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a mock report that can be used to design a dynamic report interface.
- The interface should be created in Google Sheets.
- Analysts should be able to select their name to filter and display only the fields they need to complete.
- The system should automatically update based on the quarterly master dataset.
