I am looking for an expert to develop a comprehensive lead management system. This system should have the following specifications:
- Capability to effectively track customer information.
- Feature robust lead assignment and tracking mechanisms, which should be a combination of manual and automated assignment. I need to be able to manually assign leads, but I also want the system to automatically assign leads based on specific criteria.
- Provide a visual representation of my sales funnel, to aid in understanding conversion rates and identify potential choke points in our sales process.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to help track important performance indicators.
Ideal skills and experience for this project would include a solid understanding of lead management systems, proficiency in creating dynamic reporting tools, and past experience in sales automation.
