Digitize Product Inventory Records

My online shop is still running on handwritten inventory sheets and I’m ready to bring everything into the digital era. Every product line on those sheets—name, SKU, price, full description and current stock level—needs to be keyed into a clean, well-structured file.

You’ll be working from scanned PDFs (or photos if the scan is unclear) of the original paper records. Accuracy is crucial because these figures will feed directly into my ecommerce platform and accounting software.

Preferred format is an Excel or Google Sheets workbook with clear column headers, but a CSV that I can import works too. Use consistent naming for SKUs, normalise prices to two decimals, and flag any illegible entries so I can resolve them quickly.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet containing every product with columns for Name, SKU, Price, Description, Stock Level
• A brief error-or-query log noting any unclear handwriting or missing data
• Confirmation of total item count so I can cross-check against the original stack
