I have a batch of PDFs and Word files packed with tabular information that must be transferred into a clean spreadsheet. The job is straightforward: open each digital file, capture the data exactly as it appears, place it into the correct columns, and keep the formatting tidy so the sheet is ready for immediate analysis afterward.

Accuracy comes first—mismatched figures throw off my reports—so take the time to double-check totals and text before you move on. I’m happy for you to work in Excel or Google Sheets; just deliver the final version as an .xlsx file. If anything looks unclear, jot it down in a “Questions” tab rather than guessing.

The deliverables are simple:
