I need reliable support transferring mixed data—text passages and numerical figures—into a clean, structured format. All text comes from digital files, while every number is pulled directly from financial statements. Accuracy is crucial: the text must remain verbatim, and the figures must match the source documents down to the last cent.
You may work in Excel, Google Sheets or an equivalent tool as long as the final file is easy for me to filter, sort and run basic calculations on. I will share the digital documents and scanned statements in organized folders; you simply extract the required fields, double-check for transcription errors, and return one consolidated workbook with separate tabs for the textual notes and the financial data.
I’ll review by running random spot checks and a column-total reconciliation, so please build in your own validation step before hand-off. Once everything matches, the job is done.
