Build a Telegram command or webform (/build) that:
Captures: problem keyword, proposed solution, link, builder handle
Save submitted data to a Google Sheet or Notion table
Notify admin for approval process
Deliverables:
Submission form + linked sheet
Telegram command or web redirect
Notification logic when new solution submitted
