Develop Investment tool from VBA to Google Apps Script

I do manage personal investments in various ways and on different platforms. I prefer to support my investment decisions with data and scientifically support models and I want to do so in a pragmatic way. The idea is to have an investment tool which pulls in data from external sources, applying models on them, and have an easy-to-read output that tells me exactly what to invest in. All of this should be automated to the maximum extent.
Today, I have such a tool in private hands. I have written this tool personally in MS Excel with VBA and pull in data from one external source. Unfortunately, given my limited dev skills, this tools has many flaws and errors and bugs every now and then.
The idea is to replicate the existing tool in a first phase, and to extend functionalities in a second phase. The idea is to do this on a general coding language and on-line, so that this becomes more independent and easy to use.
I’m looking for a partner who is willing to develop and adequate and clean solution.
