Delhi Footwear Sourcing & QA Internship

I need a sharp, tech-savvy intern in Delhi who can become my on-ground “eyes and ears” inside the city’s wholesale footwear hubs. Your main mission is to make sure every pair that leaves a supplier already lives up to our in-house “Master Quality” benchmark, so customers receive nothing short of premium craftsmanship.

Here’s what you will actually do day-to-day:

• Sourcing products – scout the best lots of casual, formal, and sports shoes, gather samples, negotiate prices and MOQs, and log every lead in Google Sheets.
• Conducting quality checks – inspect stitching, sole bonding, materials, sizing accuracy, and packaging on the spot; photograph evidence and upload same-day QC reports.
• Managing supplier relationships – build rapport with shop owners and factory reps, schedule repeat visits, track production timelines, and escalate any variance before it becomes a problem.

An academic background is secondary; what matters is hands-on experience (or solid coursework) in supply-chain management that lets you move confidently in chaotic mandi lanes, speak the language of vendors, and translate it into clear data for our remote team.

You’ll submit weekly sourcing pipelines, daily QC photo logs when in market, and a concise end-of-month summary of supplier performance. All updates flow through Slack, Excel/Sheets, and occasional video calls.
