Data Sorting Entry Specialist Needed

I have several raw spreadsheets that need to be reorganised so the information is easy to filter, analyse and ultimately upload into our system. The job is purely data entry, but the focus is data sorting: cleaning up column headers, fixing inconsistent formats, removing duplicates, and re-ordering rows so everything aligns with a master template.

You’ll probably rely on Excel or Google Sheets, and if you prefer tools like OpenRefine or Airtable for bulk actions that’s perfectly fine as long as the final file is delivered in the same format I provide.

When you send your bid, show me a quick snapshot of similar sorting or cleanup work you’ve done before—screenshots or a short description of challenges tackled and results achieved are enough. That past work example will help me see that you’re comfortable handling messy data and turning it into something neat and reliable.

Deliverables
• One clean, fully sorted spreadsheet matching my template
• A brief change log outlining major fixes (e.g. fields renamed, duplicates removed)
