I have between 100 and 500 records sitting in an online database that must be transcribed with care into a spreadsheet. The task is straightforward but demands accuracy: every field from the source needs to land in the correct column, without omissions or extra characters, and the final file has to preserve the original order of the records.
I’ll supply the database login details along with a template Google Sheet (Excel is fine too if you prefer). Once you’re set up, you simply copy the information field-by-field, double-check for consistency, and keep an eye out for any obvious duplicates so we don’t skew later analysis.
Deliverable:
• Completed spreadsheet populated with all entries
• A quick note flagging any anomalies or unclear data you encounter
