Data Entry Virtual Assistant
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for reliable help with day-to-day data entry. All source files and instructions arrive in Gmail, so you will need to be comfortable working from that platform to pick up assignments, ask clarifying questions, and deliver finished spreadsheets or database updates back to me.
The work itself falls into three recurring streams:
• Customer databases – adding new contacts, cleaning duplicates, and updating profile fields in our cloud CRM.
• Financial records – entering invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations into Google Sheets and double-checking totals for accuracy.
• Inventory management – logging stock movements, adjusting quantities, and flagging low-level alerts inside our inventory tracker.
Accuracy is critical; I routinely reconcile these numbers against external reports, so I expect zero transcription errors and consistent formatting. Turnaround is generally same-day for small batches and 24 hours for larger uploads.
If you have solid experience with Google Sheets or Excel, a keen eye for detail, and can keep communication flowing through Gmail, I’d love to hear how you would approach this and what files or access you might need to get started.
