Daily SAP & Excel Data Sync

Every business day I will give you two inputs—the fresh Excel export and direct access to the SAP MM tables. From those sources I need both sales and purchase figures copied, cleaned, and posted into a master Google Sheet that the rest of the team uses for planning.
Core workflow
• Extract the latest sales and purchase records from SAP MM and the companion Excel file.
• Map each field to the correct column in the Google Sheet, preserving formulas, formatting, and running totals.
• Complete the update before the start of the next business day and keep a brief change log so I can trace any adjustments.
Accuracy is critical; the numbers in the Google Sheet must match the source data line for line. If you can automate any part of the workflow (Apps Script, VBA, Python, etc.) and keep it reliable, that’s a plus, but manual entry done perfectly is acceptable as long as deadlines are met.
