Daily Google Sheets Sales Updater

I track product units sold each day in a Google Sheets workbook and need someone who can keep that file current and clean. I will provide the figures and you will manually enter the data into the designated tab before the agreed-upon cut-off time every day.

I already have column headers in place, but I want tighter control over data quality. Please build specific data-validation rules (e.g., numeric-only entries, no negative values, mandatory date field) so the sheet instantly flags mistakes. If a simple dropdown or conditional formatting will help prevent errors, feel free to set that up as well.
