Daily Expense Tracking Bookkeeper

I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can take complete ownership of my day-to-day expense tracking. Every receipt—whether it’s for a personal grocery run or a business lunch—will land in a shared cloud folder. From there, I need you to record, categorise, and keep everything reconciled so I always know exactly where the money is going.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Each new receipt or transaction is logged within 24 hours in the agreed-upon tool (Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online, Xero—whichever you prefer and can keep tidy).
• Personal and business costs stay clearly separated, using tags or separate ledgers, yet I can still view a combined snapshot when I want it.
• A concise daily summary highlights totals, unusual spikes, or missing documents, so nothing slips through the cracks.
