Daily Data Entry & Document Assistant (Google Sheets & Word)
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Overview:
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-focused assistant to support a daily data-entry and document formatting task. The work involves copying and formatting data between spreadsheets and Word documents using set templates, then uploading the final versions to Google Drive.
This is an ongoing role with daily work. Over time, there’ll be more tasks and responsibilities available — so if you’ve got a broad digital skill set, this is an opportunity to grow with me.
Core Responsibilities:
Transfer data between Google Sheets (structured input).
Format that data into a Word (or Google Docs) document using an existing template.
Ensure consistent formatting (tables, spacing, layout).
Upload final documents to Google Drive.
Send confirmation each day when complete.
Schedule & Availability:
You must be flexible and available across the day (AEST timezone) to fit in with my schedule.
Over time, your work hours will become more structured, but in the beginning you’ll need to work closely with me as things evolve.
What You Need:
Strong experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Word.
Excellent attention to detail — especially with formatting.
Ability to follow a clear, step-by-step process reliably.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
A stable internet connection and access to Google Drive.
Bonus Skills (Optional, But Welcome):
I’m also interested in people who can do more than just data entry. Skills that will be highly valued include:
Canva, basic design work
Video editing (e.g., TikTok, YouTube)
Social media post scheduling
Writing or editing blog posts
Working with Google Forms, basic HTML, or email campaigns
Customer service or admin assistance
If you’ve got a bigger digital skill set, there’s definitely more work available long term.
How to Apply:
Please send:
A short intro about you and your background.
Your general availability during Australian daytime hours (AEST).
Your experience with Google Sheets, Word, and any bonus skills.
Why you think you’d be a good long-term fit.
