Daily Customer Data transfer from CSV to Spreadsheet

Every day I receive a fresh CSV export with our latest customer records, and I need those rows moved into (or updated inside) my master spreadsheet without any manual copy-pasting. The task is straightforward: read the incoming CSV, match its columns to the existing sheet, add new customers, and update existing ones by Customer ID.
The source is always CSV and arrives once per day. The destination lives in Google Sheets right now, though I’m open to an Excel-based flow if that gives a cleaner script. The column structure is fixed, so no heavy transformation—just accurate mapping and reliable syncing.
Deliverables
• A working, well-commented script or macro (Apps Script, VBA, Python, or Power Query—your choice) that performs the daily import.
• Simple instructions so I can schedule it or run it with a single click.
• A quick test using yesterday’s file to show new rows appended and existing records correctly updated.
