Customized Membership Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet

I need a polished spreadsheet that will let me track 10–50 membership applicants from interview through final decision. At the very top, please build clear column headers for:

• Did the Interview Occur?
• T-Shirt Size
• School
• Grade
• Selected for Membership?
• Did They Pay Membership Dues?

I’d like the sheet to stay uncluttered and not feel overwhelming when viewed, while still using color coding to make key categories pop—for instance, a quick green / yellow / red scheme for interview status and selection outcome, while keeping the rest of the data in a neutral palette. Every choice of color should enhance readability, not distract from it.

Beyond the required columns, leave space for the basics (Name, Email, Interview Date/Time) so the file is immediately usable once delivered. Format cells consistently, freeze the header row, and add simple data validation drop-downs where it makes sense (e.g., S/M/L/XL for T-shirt size, Yes/No for checkboxes). I’ll be working in Excel, but Google Sheets compatibility would be a plus.

I do not need the completed project until late May, so there is no immediate rush. My budget for this project is no more than $50.

When you send it over, I’ll open the file, filter a few fields, and confirm that the color rules trigger correctly—that will serve as acceptance. Let me know if anything is unclear before you start so we can keep revisions to a minimum.
