Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a fully-tailored Google Sheets workspace that lets my team at Sunrise Steel follow every piece of stock from the day it lands in the yard until the invoice is closed, all without jumping between files. The build has four pillars:
• Stock & order control – One master sheet pulls live quantities, adjusts them the moment an order is logged, and flags any SKU that drops below our re-order point.
• Automated calculations – Formulas or Apps Script should handle real-time inventory valuation, roll up monthly sales totals, and capture average order-processing time so we see true margins, not guesses.
• Interactive dashboards – Clean, manager-friendly views on sales performance, inventory status, and open-order progress, with slicers or drop-downs for quick filtering.
• Ongoing upkeep – After launch, I’d like you to tune formulas, archive old data, and add minor enhancements each month so the system stays fast and reliable.
Key preferences
– Native Google tools only (Sheets, Apps Script, Data Studio/Looker Studio).
– Everything lives in my G-Suite drive, no third-party databases.
– Clear documentation: tab purposes, key formulas, and a simple “add new product” guide for staff.
