Create script in Google Sheets that creates Google Calendar Events when new rows are populated

I have a Google Sheets documents that has jobs for each row. There is information such as job date, address, customer name, frequency etc. When a new job is booked, it creates a new row in the sheet. I need to create a google calendar event for each new event.

There are several requirements

- New events must only be created for jobs when one column

is equal to 1

- Event repeat frequency must be equal to the frequency column

- Event colour must be equal to #fbd75b
