Create dynamic Google Sheets to download, process and present data via API

I trade cryptocurrencies and would like to use a self-refreshing Google Sheets + a read-only API to download data regarding the profits i'm making from trades, transaction costs, etc. and to automatically process these numbers into an easy-to-read "dashboard".

I would also like to be able to use this as a template for other accounts using other read-only API keys.
