Create UI and Update existing Google Sheet inventory management template

We have an existing Google sheet which is used to maintain our inventory and note down check in and check out of materials using the barcode scanner and enter various details.

We need few updates for our existing google sheet and Have an UI to make it user friendly and easy to use.
