Create 2 Real Time Google Charts - for Temperatue and for Humidity with realtime data from up to 16 spreadsheets wi 4 columns- Title / DateTime / Temperature / Humidity

I have 16 google sheets with real time data from 16 sensors - Temperature and Humidity, and each sheet contain 4 columns- Title, DateTime, Temperature, Humidity. What i need - to have 2 Google Charts: 1- for Temperature and another one for Humidity where to can monitor data(temp & hum) from all 16 sheets by Title / DateTime Temperature & Humidity in Real Time
Need to can change chart type view, also need to colo each sheet with different color, also need to can enable/disable each chart for each sheet from mail Chart
