Create 5 Premium Branded Spreadsheet Templates (Excel + Google Sheets) – For Resale
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m looking for a highly skilled Excel & Google Sheets designer to create a batch of 5 professional, branded spreadsheet tools for my business to sell as digital products.
You must have proven experience creating clean, formula-driven spreadsheets with dashboards, locked/protected cells, and a professional, easy-to-use layout.
This is not just data entry - I’m after someone who can combine functionality, accuracy, and design so these are premium tools my customers will love using.
You must:
Have 5★ reviews and a strong portfolio of spreadsheet/dashboard work
Be comfortable working with both Excel and Google Sheets
Communicate clearly in English
Be able to work quickly but accurately - I prefer quality over speed
Deliver original work that I will fully own after payment (work-for-hire)
The 5 templates include:
Hair Extension Supplier & QC Checklist – multi-tab tracker with pass/fail scoring
Product Pricing Calculator – landed cost, wholesale, RRP, margin %
Recruitment/Onboarding Tracker – candidate status, onboarding & offboarding checklists
Salon Profit Calculator – service & product profit breakdown + dashboards
Marketing Calendar & Metrics Tracker – campaign planning + ROI metrics
Deliverables:
Excel (.xlsx) and Google Sheets versions of each
Locked/protected formulas and structure
Branded with my colours, fonts, and logo (I will provide)
Instructions for end users included in each file
All formulas tested and working with error handling
File names in format: [ProductName]_Template.xlsx and [ProductName]_GoogleSheet
Ownership:
This is a work-for-hire - all rights are transferred to me upon payment.
You may not resell, reuse, or distribute these templates.
Budget:
AUD $250–$300 total fixed price for all 5 templates.
I will pay 20% upfront for the first template as a trial, with the remainder paid upon final delivery.
