Create Google Sheet function to "workflow-complete-checklist" (move full rows, from one tab to another tab)

I need a Google Sheets expert that can help me write some functions in order for me to keep a good work flow.
I need to create a new sheet, with 3-4 tabs. The rows in each document will have a CHECK box , when you click this check box, the row will disappear from that tab, and automatically get moved to next tab. When we later done with the task, and click complete, he will now move to third sheet.
