Create Google Forms to be used for client data collection
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We currently use email and Content Snare for clients to provide us information and documents we need as part of our work. We have a series of checklists and standard information requests we send to a new client.
We would like to move to using Google Forms as the system we use for this data collection. The project involves creating the various Google Form templates we will need and use for this information collection.
There are probably 5 or 6 templates that we need created.
The features I'm looking for include branding for our business, clear and easy instruction for the client and easy to use for our staff so that the information provided is saved into a client file.
