Create 5Y Budget Plan Template for my small lodging property (in Google Sheets)

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create a 5Y budget plan template for my small lodging property in Google Sheets.
The primary purpose of the budget plan is to set long-term goals. I have an existing budget plan that can be used as a basis for the new template, but it will need to be customized to fit the needs of my upcoming project (combined with another plan). I need someone who is knowledgeable about creating custom budget plans for lodging properties to ensure accuracy. This template will be used by staff members, so a detailed instruction guide must be included.
Info about my existing budget plan and my expectation:
- it is a 5 years plan for revenue & expenses (including headcounts) but it is a little bit messy because it was done years ago and it does not correspond my 2023 needs
- it needs to be customizable (i.e. Theme template) and created in 2 currencies
- my new 5-years budget to be in similar look & fee format (see example for reference: https://www.etsy.com/de-en/listing/1169916312/budget-personal-finance-dashboard-5-year)
- see example of the budget template for 1Y, I would need this for 5Y and adjusted by additional sheets which are missing.
