Copy PDF Text into Google

I need the full text from several PDFs transferred into a Google-based file with complete accuracy. Whether you prefer to work in Google Sheets, Docs or even set up a simple Google Form is up to you; I will follow the method you find fastest and most reliable as long as every word ends up searchable and correctly ordered.

The source PDFs are ready to share immediately. All spelling, punctuation and line breaks must match the originals, but I am not worried about recreating the exact visual layout—clarity and fidelity of the words themselves matter most.

Deliverables
