Copy PDF Contacts to Sheet -- 2
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have a PDF that holds a contact list and I want every single entry moved into a spreadsheet. Each record in the PDF shows the person’s name, phone number, email, full postal address, workplace and designation. Your job is simply to copy-paste—or use clean OCR if that’s faster—so that each piece of information sits in its own column inside Excel or Google Sheets and can be filtered or sorted without breaking the structure.
Accuracy matters more than speed: phone numbers must stay in the correct format, names and capitalisation untouched, no missing rows, no duplicates. When you finish, share either an .xlsx file or a Google Sheet link. I’ll do a quick spot-check against the original PDF; if everything lines up, the task is complete.
