Convert PDF Data to Sheets

I have a batch of PDF documents that I need turned into a single, well-organized Google Sheet. The job is simple in concept—every piece of information that appears in the PDFs has to show up in the spreadsheet—yet it demands total accuracy and consistency.

What I will supply
• All source PDFs via Drive link.
• A blank Google Sheet with a basic header row you can expand or change once you see the data.

What I need back
• Every data point from the PDFs captured in the Sheet, placed in the appropriate columns and rows.
• The information kept in the same logical order it appears in the source.
• Any obvious errors or illegible items flagged in a separate column so I can review.

Guidelines
• Absolute attention to detail is critical; I will spot-check entries.
• If you discover a better way to structure the sheet for clarity, let me know before proceeding—flexibility is welcome as long as nothing is lost.
• No macros or scripts are required on my end; manual or semi-automated methods are fine as long as the end result is clean.
