Conditional drop down options on google form that link to google sheets

I am looking for someone to create conditional drop down options on my Google Form that link to Google Sheets. The purpose is to filter responses based on certain criteria. I am using the form for a recurring activity, so the data is moderately complex. I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to complete this project and it would be beneficial if the freelancer has previous experience working with both Google Forms and Google Sheets. The deliverable would be the functioning form with the conditional drop down options.
