### **Job Title: Expert AppSheet Developer for Field Inspection & Asset Management App**
**Project Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Google AppSheet Developer to build a comprehensive Field Inspection and Asset Management application for natural gas network components. The app will be used by our field technicians to log maintenance visits, capture technical readings, and track the real-time status of network assets (e.g., factories, commercial units, and residential meters). The backend database will be hosted on Google Sheets.
**Core Application Features & Requirements:**
* **Relational Database Architecture:** Design a robust Parent-Child data structure separating core asset data (Master Table) from daily transactional data (Inspection Logs).
* **Smart Data Entry (References & Dereferences):** Utilize Ref column types to link tables. The app must auto-populate asset details (e.g., Asset Code, Contract Date, Activity Type) using dereference expressions immediately upon selecting an asset from a dropdown menu.
* **Automated Audit Trails:** Implement Initial Value expressions to automatically capture the technician's identity (USEREMAIL()), the exact date/time of the visit (NOW()), and precise GPS coordinates (HERE()) to ensure absolute data integrity.
* **Dynamic UX/UI Design:** Structure long inspection forms into user-friendly, paginated sections using Show (Page_Header) columns.
