Compact CRM Record View Sheet

I keep my leads in a spreadsheet and need to create a CRM view sheet tab so I can see all the data for one record with a notes area by chance. The goal is to pull all contact details from any selected row and present them in a clean, compact layout, with a generous notes section right beside it so I can jot call outcomes without scrolling sideways through dozens of columns.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A single-record “viewer” tab that dynamically displays the contact’s name, phone number, email, and any other basic details already stored in the source sheet.
• A clearly labeled notes area that auto-expands (or provides a scrollable cell) so my call notes stay visible but don’t push the rest of the view out of sight.
• A simple method—dropdown, search box, or ID entry field—to choose which record populates the view.
• All formulas, named ranges, or light scripting needed for the above to refresh instantly when I select the next lead.

I’m open to building this in either Google Sheets or Excel; whichever plays best with your proposed solution. Once the layout is in place I should be able to duplicate it for new projects or tweak field labels on my own.

Deliverable: a finished, ready-to-use tab plus a short walkthrough (text or quick Loom) showing how to add it to another workbook.
