Job Title: E-Commerce Reporting VA — Daily KPI Tracking & Call Notes

Pay: $500/month

About the role
We're a DTC performance marketing agency managing paid ads, email, and CRO for multiple e-commerce brands. We need a reliable VA to own our daily reporting and client call documentation. This is a precision execution role — accuracy and consistency matter more than anything else.
Daily responsibilities

Pull and input performance data into each client's KPI tracker every business day
Data sources: Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Recharge
Metrics tracked: ad spend, revenue, ROAS, sessions, conversion rate, email revenue, subscription data

Monthly responsibilities

Populate each client's P&L template with the month's actuals
Template and data source instructions provided

After every client call

Convert meeting recording or transcript into a structured summary using our template
Document key decisions, action items, owners, and due dates

Requirements

Strong written English
Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic spreadsheet formulas
Familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
Available for daily overlap with US PST
Detail-oriented — data accuracy is non-negotiable
Prior experience in a DTC or e-commerce setting preferred
