Combine Forms & WhatsApp Automation

I collect responses through four separate Google Forms and need them merged into one master Google Sheet. A simple, tidy solution—preferably VLOOKUP, QUERY, or an equally efficient approach—should pull every new response into a single view in real time.

The end goal is to generate a WhatsApp hyperlink on each consolidated row so I can click and instantly send a message. The link must:
• open the correct chat number, and
• attach a unique image or video file for that specific recipient (media files are stored in Google Drive and already have share-able links).

What I need from you
1. Build or restructure the Sheet so data from all four Forms flows into one tab without manual work.
2. Insert a working formula or lightweight Apps Script that constructs the personalised WhatsApp URL with the right media link every time a new response arrives.
3. Add brief inline notes so I can adjust the sheet later (e.g., if a Form changes or a new media folder is added).

Keep it straightforward: no heavy dashboards—just a clear master sheet and reliable hyperlink generation.
